Getting Started for Warehouse Owners (Listers)
Welcome to MeterQube — your space to list, manage, and earn from underutilised warehouse capacity. Follow these simple steps to complete your setup and start receiving bookings.
1. Create Your Account
- Go to meterqube.com and click Sign Up.
- Fill in your name, business email, and create a secure password.
- Choose “List My Space” when asked about your account type.
- Verify your email address to activate your account.
2. Complete Onboarding (3 Quick Steps)
After logging in for the first time, you’ll automatically be guided through these steps:
Step 1 – Business Details
Add:
- Your Business Name
- Your Business Website (Optional)
- Your Industry Type (e.g., Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, 3PL, etc.)
- A short Business Description (what you do, your capabilities, or facility overview)
Step 2 – Verification
Confirm:
- A Quick verification (Via Stripe)
- This ensures secure communication and future payouts.
Step 3 – You’re All Set!
Once completed, you’ll see confirmation that your setup is done. You can now:
- Explore listings on the platform, or
- Click “Add Your Space” to begin listing your first warehouse.
Once verified, you’ll see a small onboarding tracker like this:
- ✅ Complete Registration
- ⚪ List Your Space
- ⚪ Complete Account Setup
You’re now ready to move through the onboarding steps below.
3. Add a New Warehouse (7-Step Listing Flow)
When you click Add Warehouse, you’ll enter a guided, 7-step setup. Each step auto-saves as you go — so you can pause and come back anytime.
- Warehouse Details — Basic information like warehouse name, location, and total area.
- Space Setup — Define available spaces, slot types, and storage capacity.
- Images — Upload clear photos of your warehouse (interior & exterior).
- Warehouse Features — Tick relevant facilities: security, accessibility, environment, services, etc.
- Team Information — Add key team members or site contacts (optional for communication).
- Warehouse Rules — Specify operating hours, safety instructions, and restrictions.
- Page Preview — Review how your listing will appear to renters before publishing.
Tip: You can edit, pause, or unpublish a listing anytime from your Lister Dashboard.
4. Set Up Stripe for Payouts (Mandatory)
You’ll see a hand icon prompt in your top-right onboarding banner reminding you to complete Stripe / Account setup. Payments to warehouse owners are handled securely through Stripe.
To Set Up:
- Click “Connect Stripe Account” from the onboarding banner or go to Settings → Payment Information.
- Complete the short Stripe Verification Form (takes ~2 minutes).
Once verified:
- Your payout account is live.
- MeterQube automatically handles transfers, receipts, and payment confirmations.
Note: Listings won’t go live until Stripe setup is completed.
5. Manage & Monitor via Dashboards
Once your listing is active, your dashboard gives full visibility and control:
- Lister Dashboard – View all listings, requests, and earnings.
- Warehouse Directory – Manage all your warehouses & listings in one place.
- Tenant Info – View renters who have booked your space.
- Inbox – Communicate directly with renters.
- Notifications – Stay updated on new booking requests.
You’re now ready to start earning with MeterQube! Add your space, receive bookings, and let us handle payments, contracts, and communication.
